Hassle-free rental profit.

If you decide you can't use your unit in a particular year and you choose not to send any friends or relatives in your place, simply deposit your unit in our Hotel's rental pool and we'll rent it out on your behalf and directly pay you your share of the profit.

The unique right to share the Hotel & Casino's operational profits.

That's right, we said it!  Like no other vacation ownership plan, as a Vacation for Life owner, you are entitled to your proportionate share of the Hotel and Casino's operational net profits.  We believe that, as an owner, you should be treated as just that - an owner!  So, one hundred percent of the operation's net profits, including those of the Royal St. Kitts Casino, will be proportionately credited to the vacation owner's accounts.  You can apply your credit towards your maintenance and insurance expenses, potentially covering your entire carrying costs!  Net profits credited to your owner's account can also be applied against future purchases at the Royal St. Kitts Hotel & Casino, including all-inclusive meal plans, dining, gift shop purchases, equipment rentals, and so on - an offer you simply won't find anywhere else.

When?  Escaping the demands of the real world isn't so easy.  We recognize that your demanding schedule likely requires some flexibility in deciding when you can finally getaway.  So, we decided to break the mold even further and offer both Floating Week and Fixed Week units.  Our Floating Week unit provides the ideal flexibility, allowing you to choose any week within a six month season.

Reservations must be made on a first-come-first-served basis, opening one and a half years and closing six months prior to your season's start date.  Or, if you'd rather guarantee a specific time every year, then opt to buy a Fixed Week unit for an extra one-time fee, starting at only $2,000 USD.
